Grilled Greek Salad Pizza
Ingredients
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 Grilled Pizza Crust (from Grilled Pizza Crusts recipe)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
- ½ cup halved pitted kalamata olives
- ⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Spread pizza sauce over cooked side of grilled crust; sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.
- Arrange spinach, tomatoes, onion, artichoke hearts, olives, pepperoncini peppers, and feta over crust.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.
- Place on grill rack; cover and grill 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is browned.
- Sprinkle with dill; drizzle with vinegar.
