Cheddar-Bacon Quiches
Spinach-Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 10 large eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 (12-oz) pkg sliced bacon
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 frozen piecrusts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Process eggs, salt, and whipping cream in a blender until combined.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and crumble.
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese into each piecrust. Pour egg mixture into crusts. Place quiches on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a knife inserted into centers comes out clean.

- 1 (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

- Toss spinach and apples with vinaigrette in a bowl.
