Cheddar-Bacon Quiches

Ingredients

  • 10 large eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg sliced bacon
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 frozen piecrusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Process eggs, salt, and whipping cream in a blender until combined.
  3. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and crumble.
  4. Sprinkle bacon and cheese into each piecrust. Pour egg mixture into crusts. Place quiches on a rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a knife inserted into centers comes out clean.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss spinach and apples with vinaigrette in a bowl.
