Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 6 lb chicken wings
- ½ cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, separate wings and drumettes. Cut off wing tips, and discard.
- Toss together wings, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl until coated.
- Transfer seasoned wings to zip-top freezer bags. Seal bags, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove wings from marinade; discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill wings, covered, 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally until wings are done and skin is crisp.
- Serve with desired sauces.
