Tangy Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 (16-oz) pkg tri-color coleslaw mix
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick-cut carrots
- 1 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a large bowl.
- Add slaw mix, carrots and green onions; toss.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
