Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced colby-Jack cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns, halved (or use pretzel buns)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (16-oz) jar sliced dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  3. Cook onion rings according to package directions.
  4. Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning and garlic salt; shape mixture into 6 patties.
  5. Grill patties, covered with grill lid, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  6. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
  7. Grill buns, cut side down, 1 minute or until toasted.
  8. Spread barbecue sauce over bottom buns.
  9. Top with pickles, burgers, bacon and onion rings; cover with bun tops.
