Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburgers
Quick Pasta SaladIngredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced colby-Jack cheese
- 6 hamburger buns, halved (or use pretzel buns)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (16-oz) jar sliced dill pickles
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Cook onion rings according to package directions.
- Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning and garlic salt; shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered with grill lid, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
- Grill buns, cut side down, 1 minute or until toasted.
- Spread barbecue sauce over bottom buns.
- Top with pickles, burgers, bacon and onion rings; cover with bun tops.
