Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburgers
Quick Pasta SaladIngredients
- 6 slices bacon
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 2 English muffins, halved (or use pretzel buns)
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Cook onion rings according to package directions.
- Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning and garlic salt; shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Grill patties, covered with grill lid, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
- Grill muffins, cut side down, 1 minute or until toasted.
- Spread barbecue sauce over bottom muffins.
- Top with pickles, burgers, bacon and onion rings; cover with muffin tops.
