Sausage and Cheese Ravioli
Buttered Broccoli SpearsIngredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 lb ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (5-oz) container freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes and cream; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in basil and red pepper; add ravioli, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheese.

- 1 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; toss with butter.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
