Cheesy Beef and Tortellini Skillet
Crisp Tender Buttery BeansIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tsp Italian herb blend
- 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, from a jar
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add tortellini, tomatoes, herb blend, broth, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.

- 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 3 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Place beans in a deep saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and cook on high heat for 7 minutes (or until just crisp-tender) .
- Drain; add butter to melt and salt and pepper to taste.
