Maple-Glazed Italian Sausages
Peach, Blue Cheese and Almond Salad
Ingredients
- 6 sweet Italian sausages
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place sausages on a greased grill rack.
- Grill sausages, covered with grill lid, 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with maple syrup.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 3 peaches, cut into wedges
- ½ cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine greens and peaches in a serving bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
- Top with almonds and blue cheese.
