Cobb Salads on a Stick
Ingredients
- 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 1 head green leaf lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1 lb deli sliced turkey
- 1 lb deli sliced ham
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into 12 wedges
- 1 (8-oz) block Monterey Jack cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 12 wooden skewers
- 1 (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Heat bacon according to package directions; cut each slice of bacon into 2-inch pieces.
- Thread Cheddar, lettuce, turkey, ham, tomatoes, bacon, apple wedges, more meat, lettuce and Monterey Jack cheese cubes on skewers.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
- Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.
