Cobb Salads on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, separated into leaves
  • 1 lb deli sliced turkey
  • 1 lb deli sliced ham
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into 12 wedges
  • 1 (8-oz) block Monterey Jack cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 12 wooden skewers
  • 1 (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat bacon according to package directions; cut each slice of bacon into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Thread Cheddar, lettuce, turkey, ham, tomatoes, bacon, apple wedges, more meat, lettuce and Monterey Jack cheese cubes on skewers.
  3. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
  4. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.
