Strawberry Sherbet
Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberry soda
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Stir together soda and sugar in a large bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in milk and cream.
- Cover and chill 4 hours.
- Pour mixture into container of an electric ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Spoon into a freezer-safe container; freeze up to 1 month.
