Crispy Baked Fish Fillets with Tartar Sauce
Steak Fries and Buttered Steamed Peas
Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 6 (6-oz) fresh or frozen tilapia fillets, thawed and patted dry (or use cod or orange roughy)
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 (12-oz) bottle tartar sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
- Stir together panko, parsley, lemon rind and garlic on a plate.
- Season fillets with salt and pepper.
- Spoon melted butter into a shallow dish.
- Dip fillets in butter; dredge in panko mixture to coat. Place fillets on wire rack.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce.

- 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen steak fries
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook fries according to package directions.
- Steam peas according to package directions; stir in butter until melted.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
