Crispy Baked Fish Fillets with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 6 (6-oz) fresh or frozen tilapia fillets, thawed and patted dry (or use cod or orange roughy)
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 (12-oz) bottle tartar sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
  3. Stir together panko, parsley, lemon rind and garlic on a plate.
  4. Season fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon melted butter into a shallow dish.
  6. Dip fillets in butter; dredge in panko mixture to coat. Place fillets on wire rack.
  7. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce.

  • 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen steak fries
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook fries according to package directions.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions; stir in butter until melted.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
