Maple-Glazed Grilled Sausages

Peach, Blue Cheese and Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 spinach and feta chicken and turkey sausages
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place sausages on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
  3. Grill sausages, covered with grill lid, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with maple syrup.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
  • 3 organic peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
  • Reserved dressing (from Watermelon, Beet and Feta Salad recipe)
  • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine greens and peaches in a serving bowl.
  2. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
  3. Top with almonds and blue cheese.
