Maple-Glazed Grilled Sausages
Peach, Blue Cheese and Almond Salad
Ingredients
- 6 spinach and feta chicken and turkey sausages
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place sausages on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
- Grill sausages, covered with grill lid, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with maple syrup.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 3 organic peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
- Reserved dressing (from Watermelon, Beet and Feta Salad recipe)
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine greens and peaches in a serving bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
- Top with almonds and blue cheese.
