Teriyaki Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 (16-oz) bottle honey teriyaki sauce and marinade

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook, stirring 5 to 6 minutes or until done.
  3. Remove from skillet, and set aside. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add vegetables and cook, stirring 3 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp water; cover, and cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  5. Uncover, add chicken and desired amount of teriyaki sauce. Cook, 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pkg jasmine ready rice

Side Dish Instructions

  1.  Heat rice according to pkg directions.
