Grilled Margarita Pizzas
Grilled AsparagusIngredients
- 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 (8-oz) balls fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced (or use shredded mozzarella cheese)
- 2 large Roma tomatoes, sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Stir garlic into oil; brush tops of pizzas with garlic oil. Top each pizza with cheese, sliced tomato and red onion.
- Grill 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.

- 2 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine asparagus, oil, salt and pepper in a shallow dish; toss to coat.
- Place asparagus on a grill rack; grill 4 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
