Easy Club Sandwich
Barbecue Potato Chips and Sliced WatermelonIngredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
- ½ (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 (9-oz) pkg thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 1 (9-oz) pkg thinly sliced ham
- 1 (7-oz) pkg thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 cups angel hair coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
- Stir together mayonnaise, mustard and basil in a small bowl; spread over cut sides of bread.
- Layer sliced turkey, ham, roast beef, bacon, Cheddar, sliced tomato and coleslaw mix over bottom half of bread.
- Cover with bread top; slice to serve.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg barbecue potato chips
- 1 seedless watermelon, cut into wedges

- Serve chips and watermelon with sandwich.
