Spicy Ranch Chicken Strips

Macaroni and Cheese and Steamed Dilled Peas

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups Ranch dressing
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Stir together dressing and hot sauce in a shallow dish.
  3. Place panko in a second shallow dish.
  4. Coat chicken with dressing mixture; dredge in panko to coat.
  5. Place on a large rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with 2 Tbsp melted butter.
  6. Bake 10 minutes. Turn chicken strips; drizzle with remaining butter.
  7. Bake 10 minutes longer or until done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg shells and cheese dinner
  • 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • ½ tsp dried dill

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter and dill. Season to taste.
