Spicy Ranch Chicken Strips
Macaroni and Cheese and Steamed Dilled Peas
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups Ranch dressing
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Stir together dressing and hot sauce in a shallow dish.
- Place panko in a second shallow dish.
- Coat chicken with dressing mixture; dredge in panko to coat.
- Place on a large rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with 2 Tbsp melted butter.
- Bake 10 minutes. Turn chicken strips; drizzle with remaining butter.
- Bake 10 minutes longer or until done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg shells and cheese dinner
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- ½ tsp dried dill
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter and dill. Season to taste.
