Brookie Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 (19-oz) pkg dark chocolate brownie mix
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (16.5-oz) log refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F; line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Stir together brownie mix and flour in a bowl. Add oil and eggs, stirring to combine.
- Roll brownie dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls.
- Press together 1 brownie dough ball and 1 cookie dough ball; roll into a ball. Place on prepared pan, and flatten slightly with hands.
- Repeat using all the dough.
- Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Let cool on pans 2 minutes; remove from pans, and cool completely on wire racks.
- Store cookies in airtight containers up to 1 week.
