Buffalo-Style Chicken Burgers

Garlic-Cilantro Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground chicken
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt blue cheese dressing
  • 2 Boston lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, celery, hot sauce, and a light sprinkling of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into 2 patties.
  3. Cook patties in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  4. Place burgers on buns.
  5. Top with dressing and lettuce.
  6. Add bun tops.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
  • ½ tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake sweet potato fries according to package directions.
  2. Immediately toss fries with garlic and cilantro while hot.
