Buffalo-Style Chicken Burgers
Garlic-Cilantro Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground chicken
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp diced celery
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 whole wheat hamburger buns
- ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt blue cheese dressing
- 2 Boston lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, celery, hot sauce, and a light sprinkling of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape into 2 patties.
- Cook patties in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Place burgers on buns.
- Top with dressing and lettuce.
- Add bun tops.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
- ½ tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake sweet potato fries according to package directions.
- Immediately toss fries with garlic and cilantro while hot.
