Ham, Broccoli and Potato Casserole
Caesar SaladIngredients
- 1½ lb red potatoes, cubed
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (16-oz) pkg diced cooked ham, drained
- 1 (14-oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine potatoes and water to cover in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion; cook 6 minutes or until just tender. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
- Stir in ham, broccoli, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper. Remove from heat, and stir in potatoes.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
