Cocoa-Pecan Frosting
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 6 Tbsp milk
- ¼ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine butter, milk and cocoa in a small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until butter is melted.
- Bring to a boil; remove from heat, and gradually whisk in powdered sugar until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in pecans and vanilla.
