Jalapeño and Radish Slaw

Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw mix
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- ½ cup minced fresh cilantro
- 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, oil and honey in a large bowl; add coleslaw mix, radishes, cilantro and jalapeño; toss.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
