Avocado Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, pitted
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Process avocados, cilantro, sour cream, milk, lime juice, cumin and honey in a blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
