Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tomatillos, husks removed
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatillos, and place in a blender with jalapeños, lime juice and cilantro; process until smooth.
  2. Season salsa with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
