Fresh Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tomatillos, husks removed
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Chop tomatillos, and place in a blender with jalapeños, lime juice and cilantro; process until smooth.
- Season salsa with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
