Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg thin pizza crusts
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb deli chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
  • ½ tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place crusts on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  3. Stir together dressing and mustard; spread over each crust.
  4. Sprinkle 1½ cups mozzarella over each pizza.
  5. Top with chicken fingers, Canadian bacon and 1 cup mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle with thyme.
  7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 lb mixed melon chunks

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together strawberries and melon chunks.
