Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizzas
Strawberry-Melon Toss
Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz) pkg thin pizza crusts
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb deli chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (5-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
- ½ tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place crusts on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Stir together dressing and mustard; spread over each crust.
- Sprinkle 1½ cups mozzarella over each pizza.
- Top with chicken fingers, Canadian bacon and 1 cup mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are browned.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 lb mixed melon chunks
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together strawberries and melon chunks.
