Pepperoni Pizza Panzanella Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (25.8-oz) pkg frozen rising-crust pepperoni pizza
  • 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Bake pizza according to package directions; let cool 15 minutes.
  2. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Chop romaine, and toss with Canadian bacon, cheese, tomatoes and pizza in a large bowl.
  4. Add desired amount of dressing, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with pepper, and serve immediately.
