Sticky Honey-Soy Chicken Thighs
Basmati Rice and Sesame Stir-Fry VegetablesIngredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and brown in hot oil 3 minutes on each side.
- Stir together garlic, honey, soy sauce and vinegar; pour over chicken in skillet.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done; uncover and cook 3 minutes longer or until sauce is syrupy.
- Sprinkle with green onions before serving.

- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable basmati rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg microwavable stir-fry vegetables
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave rice according to package directions.
- Microwave vegetables according to package directions; transfer to a serving bowl.
- Stir in sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds; stir in rice, if desired.
