Beefy Cheese Manicotti

Easy Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg manicotti
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2 (24-oz) cans pasta sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (12-count) pkg string cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package directions; drain and cool slightly.
  3. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce and seasoning. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon half of beef mixture into a greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish.
  6. Place 1 string cheese in each manicotti shell. Arrange cheese-stuffed manicotti over meat sauce.
  7. Top manicotti with remaining meat sauce.
  8. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
  9. Uncover, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.
