Chicken Finger Mummies

Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent dough sheet
- ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (or grated Parmesan)
- Candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss together chicken, melted butter, Italian seasoning and salt; spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes; let cool 15 minutes.
- Unroll crescent dough sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Using a pizza wheel, cut dough lengthwise into ⅛-to ¼-inch-thick strips. Cut each strip into thirds.
- Wrap strips around each chicken tenderloin to resemble "mummy bandages," leaving a space at the top for eyes.
- Return wrapped chicken to pan; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Arrange candy eyeballs in between "bandages.".
