Lattice-Top Hot Dog Pizza
Sliced AppleIngredients
- 1 (11-oz) can refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp favorite mustard
- 6 bun-length hot dogs
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Roll into a 16- x 12-inch rectangle. Cut dough in half lengthwise.
- Place 1 dough rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet; brush with mustard.
- Cut remaining dough lengthwise into 1-inch-thick strips.
- Arrange hot dogs about 1½ inches apart over mustard.
- Weave dough strips over and under hot dogs to create a lattice top (or checkerboard pattern).
- Trim any excess dough to make an even rectangle.
- Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut into big squares to serve; serve with ketchup, mustard or Ranch dressing for dipping.
- Wrap and refrigerate remaining pizza to pack in lunch boxes.
