Graveyard Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 12 paper baking cups
- 1 (17.9-oz) box s'mores cupcake mix
- 1 (16-oz) container milk chocolate frosting
- 1 (9-oz) box thin chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 (6-oz) pkg milk chocolate cream-filled cookies
- 1 (.67-oz) small tube black decorating gel
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare and bake cupcakes according to package directions.
- Frost cupcakes.
- Finely crush desired amount of chocolate wafers; sprinkle crumbs over frosted cupcakes to resemble dirt.
- Using black gel, write "RIP" on 12 milk chocolate cream-filled cookies to look like tombstones.
- Before serving, cut a slit down into top of each cupcake; tuck an RIP cookie halfway down into slit.
- Makes 1 dozen.
