Italian Chicken Soup with Kale and Gnocchi
Quick Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (1.87-lb) pkg boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen chopped kale
Instructions
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; add to pot along with onion and garlic. Cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Stir in broth and Italian seasonoing; bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and kale; reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until gnocchi are done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) loaf frozen garlic bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake bread according to package directions.
