Ingredients

  • 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 (15.25-oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 ears corn, shucked and kernels removed
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) container fresh salsa
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Layer tortilla chips, lettuces, beans, corn, cheese and salsa in a large serving bowl.
  2. Stir together Ranch dressing and chili powder; drizzle over salad.
