"Walking" Tacos
Spanish Rice
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (1-oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- 6 to 8 individual size bags nacho cheese doritos
- 1 (8-oz) bag shredded lettuce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded taco-blend cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
- Place each bag of chips on its side in a shallow bowl. Cut bags open from the side; gently break up chips into bite-sized pieces.
- Top chips with beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream.

- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches Spanish ready rice

- Heat rice according to package directions.
