Mu Shu Pork Wraps
Stir-Fried Green BeansIngredients
- 1½ Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ½ lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch strips
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 (5-oz) pkg sliced shiitake mushrooms
- ½ Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw mix
- 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- ½ Tbsp minced ginger (from a 4-oz tube)
- 6 fajita-size flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper; add to skillet along with mushrooms and garlic.
- Cook, stirring, 7 minutes or until pork is done and mushrooms are tender.
- Add coleslaw mix; cook 3 minutes.
- Stir in hoisin sauce and ginger; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Serve in tortillas.

- 2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and green beans; sauté 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and broth; sauté 5 minutes longer or until green beans are crisp-tender.
