Slow Cooker Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 3¾ lb skinless, bone-in chicken breasts
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Whisk together barbecue sauce, vinegar and honey in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray.
- Add chicken, and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from cooker; shred chicken, discarding bones.
- Return chicken to sauce.
- Serve chicken and sauce on buns with Creamy Slaw.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw mix
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated new potato wedges
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add slaw; toss to coat.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Cook new potatoes according to package directions.
