Sunrise Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, hulled
- Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
- 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup crushed or cubed ice
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine pineapple, strawberries, orange rind, orange juice, coconut milk and ice in a blender.
- Cover and pulse until blended, scraping down sides as needed.
- Stir in chia seeds.
