Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, hulled
  • Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup crushed or cubed ice
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple, strawberries, orange rind, orange juice, coconut milk and ice in a blender.
  2. Cover and pulse until blended, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Stir in chia seeds.
