Arugula and Apple Salad with Tuna

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 (5-oz) pkg arugula
- 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught albacore tuna, drained
- 2 apples, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp raw honey
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place parsley, onion, basil, and arugula in a salad bowl.
- Combine tuna, apples, lemon juice and honey; drizzle with oil.
- Add tuna mixture to salad; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
