Mustard-Glazed Salmon
Garlicky Pan-Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 6 (4-oz) salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or grainy Dijon)
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet coated with oil; sprinkle with pepper.
- Stir together mustard, honey and rosemary; brush over fillets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower, bell pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Sauté 3 minutes or until browned.
- Cover, reduce heat, and cook 3 minutes longer or until crisp-tender.
