Asian Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
  • 2½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ Tbsp grated ginger
  • ½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Reserved shredded pork (from Hoisin-Glazed Pork Roast recipe), warmed
  • 6 (10-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Place slaw in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger and soy sauce; drizzle over slaw. Toss to coat.
  3. Divide pork evenly among tortillas; top with slaw.

  • 3 navel oranges, peeled and sliced
