Asian Pork Tacos
Sliced Oranges
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 2½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ Tbsp grated ginger
- ½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Reserved shredded pork (from Hoisin-Glazed Pork Roast recipe), warmed
- 6 (10-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
Instructions
- Place slaw in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger and soy sauce; drizzle over slaw. Toss to coat.
- Divide pork evenly among tortillas; top with slaw.

- 3 navel oranges, peeled and sliced
