Peanut Butter-Chocolate Crispy Rice Treats

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- ¼ cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 (10-oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 oz semi sweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add peanut butter to saucepan.
- Cook for 1 minute or until melted, stirring frequently. Add marshmallows, cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows melt.
- Remove from heat; gradually stir in cereal until coated.
- Spread in an even layer in a 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle chocolate over top of rice treats.
- Cool completely, cut into squares to serve.
