Cheesy Italian Casserole
Crouton Caesar and Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add pasta sauce, and cook until thoroughly heated.
- Spread mixture in a greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Stir together 1 cup mozzarella cheese and sour cream; spread over beef.
- Unroll crescent dough and arrange over cheese mixture to form a crust; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until browned.

- 1 (22.25-oz) pkg Caesar salad kit
- 1 (5-oz) pkg croutons
- 4 carrots
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together salad kit ingredients; sprinkle with extra package of croutons before serving.
- Peel carrots; cut into sticks, and chill until ready to serve.
