Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Steamed EdamameIngredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 lb ground chicken
- ½ cup refrigerated ginger-sesame dressing, divided
- 1 (6.75-oz) pkg rice sticks
- 1 large head Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken.
- Cook 5 minutes or until browned; stir in ¼ cup dressing.
- Meanwhile, soak rice sticks according to package directions.
- To serve, divide noodles and chicken mixture among lettuce leaves.
- Top evenly with carrots, green onions and cilantro; drizzle with remaining ¼ cup dressing.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen edamame in the pod
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook edamame according to package directions.
- Drain and immediately sprinkle edamame with salt.
