Espresso-Dark Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
- 3 (4-oz) bars bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- Assorted Dippers: cubed angel food cake or pound cake, fresh berries, cubed melon, assorted sandwich cookies, graham crackers and chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
- Combine cream, butter and espresso powder in a medium saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low heat until butter melts and bubbles form around edge of pan.
- Add chocolate; cook, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Keep warm over very low heat (see Note).
- Serve with assorted dippers of choice.
