Shrimp Club Salad
Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1½ lb large peel-on shrimp
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- 1 (3-count) pkg Romaine lettuce hearts, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 avocados, peeled and diced
- 1 (6-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Boil shrimp in boiling salted water until pink and firm, about 2 minutes; drain well and peel shrimp.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Toss together lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, cheese, shrimp and bacon in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
