Creamy Chicken Stroganoff
Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (10-oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 (16-oz) pkg wide egg noodles
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
Instructions
- Place chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Stir together soup and water; pour over chicken.
- Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Stir sour cream into chicken mixture just before serving.
- Serve over egg noodles.
