Sweet Potato Waffle Fries
Ingredients
- ¾ lb lean ground beef
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup store-bought pimiento cheese
- 2 whole-grain hamburger buns, split
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Shape ground beef into 2 patties; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium heat; sprinkle patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Top each patty with pimiento cheese; cover skillet, and cook 1 minute or until melted.
- Top bottom halves of buns with lettuce, tomato, onion and patties. Cover with bun tops.

Side Dish Instructions
- Bake waffle fries according to package directions.
