Homemade Spreadable Herb Cheese

Ingredients
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (9.7-oz) pkg multigrain crispbreads
- 1 (4.25-oz) pkg table water crackers
Instructions
- Beat together all ingredients except crackers in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed until blended. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.
- Allow cheese mixture to come to room temperature before serving with crackers. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives, if on hand.
