Overnight Breakfast Bulgur with Pears and Cinnamon Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sliced almonds
- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 small pears, cored and diced
- ¼ cup honey
Instructions
- Combine bulgur, milk and salt in a large bowl; cover and chill overnight.
- Cook almonds in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted and fragrant.
- Stir together yogurt and cinnamon.
- Fluff bulgur with a fork. Spoon into 4 bowls; top with yogurt, pears, almonds and honey.
