Meatball Marinara Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg pork Italian-style meatballs
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce
  • ⅔ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook meatballs according to package directions; cut each in half.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  3. Unroll pizza dough on a greased baking sheet; spread marinara sauce over dough.
  4. Top with meatballs, and dollop with ricotta cheese; top with mozzarella.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is done and cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped leafy romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • ¾ cup favorite dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together lettuce and tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
